Abstract

The article reveals ensure close cooperation of Ukraine with the presence of Ukrainian Diaspora NGOs can act as a very important factor in the implementation of national foreign policy, ethno-political positive image of the country and influencing the economic, cultural, artistic , educational environment of host countries . In this context, the importance of becoming Ukraine's efforts to promote expressions of national identity and the processes of development of Ukrainian national communities that exist on the territory of the Russian Federation.
