Abstract
In terms of Ukraine's integration into the world economy and permanent increase competition in globalized markets for goods, services and labor among the areas to ensure the competitiveness of the country are effective creation, reproduction and use of its labor potential, in particular - skilled workers. The Concept is to provide professional guidance of young workers in the profession as a factor in the state-of play and social development of labor potential of Ukraine.
