Abstract

To the monograph theoretical generalization and new decision of problem of gender competence of heads of secondary educational institutions are driven, maintenance, structure, levels and factors of gender competence, is exposed, the psychological terms of her forming are reasonable. The results of empiric research of features of gender competence of heads of secondary educational institutions are reflected. The authorial program of forming of gender competence of heads of secondary educational institutions and results of efficiency of her introduction are given in the conditions of post-graduate pedagogical training. For the workers of psychological services, scientifically-pedagogical specialists in the system of higher and post-graduate pedagogical training, heads of educational organizations, and also all, who engages in the gender range of problems.
