Abstract

The article analyzes the divergent trends postnonclassical educational space that has no single hermeneutic basis. To describe the heterogeneity of modern educational practices used synergetic approach, with which you can find a common basis of divergent forms of modern education for the formation of a coherent educational environment. Analyzed the perspective of andragogy as continuing education for adults, the principles of which are able to overcome the branching postnonclassical education and create an open, creative, innovative educational environment. Applying the principles of synergy will provide updates as andragogical education and will prepare socially active and creative professionals capable of self-improvement, self-determination, self-actualization. This approach allows us to consider of andragogy as effective methodology of harmonization of human life in the changing conditions of social life.
