Abstract

The article deals with the role and importance of rhetorical skills in the process of value and meaning orientation mechanism for the formation of values of the individual school student. Given the structural analysis of the rhetorical, the theoretical model of rhetorical skills should be presented as a synthesis of cognitive, speech and communication components.
