Abstract

Guidelines developed for full-time students of all specialties. The proposed material will help students in learning the course " Conflict " preparation for practical classes and final control of knowledge. In addition, it will help future professionals in preventing and overcoming conflicts of life and production , will present them with their own methods of self-regulation of emotional state in conflict situations to help them acquire and manage conflicts. The contents of guidelines composed of thematic and calendar plans; curriculum course; practical training plan ; Program of independent work of students from the study course ; essays on topics guidelines for their writing ; offset issues , as well as a list of recommended reading . A separate section is devoted to the presentation of the basic concepts Conflict.
