Abstract

In the article the necessity of application of the andragogichnogo going is grounded near preparation of grown man specialists-philologists – research workers and teachers. The value of principles of andragogiki is described in professional perfection, increase of professional trade of specialists in folklore, in modern sociokul'turnikh terms.
