Abstract

The article justified and described by such components of teacher training and individually-style design of learning technologies: target (system training purposes), motivational (methods and techniques of motivation of those studying in the design of educational technologies), substantial (visual-methodical provision of assimilation of knowledge and skills for designing educational technology), banking activity (methods, techniques and training), the control and regulation (feedback about the results of training), reflexive (ensuring awareness of the results of training and the appropriate regulation of activity).
