Abstract

Actuality of necessity of finding out of basic reasons of grouping and valued сconstructive of small groups is a modern tendency of the social becoming of schoolboys. The modern theories of motivation of open up in the article. Motivation comes forward the leading factor of adjusting of conduct and activity of personality and group. In a small group schoolboys brightly expose the natural making and necessities, and also brightly is taken off contradiction of internal conflict « heavy» age. However, small groups not always have a social orientation and assert itself exactly in the socially valued activity, that is why motivation and values of small group is a pedagogical problem.
