Zakatnov D. The Youth Vocational Counseling on Working Trades. In article factors which influence a condition of a problem of prepa¬ration of youth to a choice of working trades in Ukraine are consid¬ered. The problem of preparation of youth to a choice and mastering by working trades is a problem which, cannot be solved only means of vocational counseling and requires realization of a complex of the coordinated and interconnected actions from the state, an education system, employers, mass media, etc. the Basic directions of the deci¬sion of a problem of preparation of youth to a choice of working trades are: working out of a government program of development of labour potential of the country; streamlining of system of vocational training, expansion of base of initial vocational training and training at the expense of average general educational institutions; revival of system of labor preparation and labor education in average general educa¬tional institutions, creation of modern base of labor preparation and vocational guidance of schoolboys. Key words: working trades, vocational counseling, conceptual posi¬tions concerning preparation of youth for a choice of working trades.
