Abstract

The study analyzed the conceptual foundations of pedagogical axiology values ​​education as the basis of the modern teacher positions with consideration of spiritual priorities in the structure of personal orientations . Defined value orientation of the modern teacher with the release levels of functioning aksiologicheskogo space as a guide to identify the dynamics of the value bases of personality. The paper shows the development trend of the value orientations of the future teacher in the process of preparing it for professional work , and at the appropriate organization of the study in terms of pedagogical disciplines - improving the spiritual component of the professional culture . Noted that the new model Ukrainian teacher education should be based on Ukrainian national traditions , acquisitions of national pedagogy and critically meaningful experience abroad.
