Abstract

In article results of empirical research of extent of influence of components of the motivational sphere of the personality on level of devotion of the personnel of the organization are presented. The structure of the motivational sphere of the personality is described. Components and levels of devotion of the personnel of the organization are characterized. Nature of interrelation between motivation of achievement of success and emotional devotion of the organization, pragmatical and devotion from a duty is analysed. Extent of influence of base requirements of the personality on level of organizational commitment.
