Abstract

The level of organizational development of commercial organizations is analysed in the article. Influence of level of development of constituents of organizational development of commercial organizations («organizational maturity» and «problem of organizational development») and levels of organizational development of commercial organizations is rotined on the whole («structural», «problem», «crisis») on the types of staff turnover.
