Abstract

In the article the process of creation of school textbook ancient history opens up in a period is the middle of ХІХ - the beginning ХХ age. It is set that maintenance of schools textbooks of ancient history depended on the educational systems and was predetermined by social and political, socio-economic and cultural-educational factors.
