Abstract

The results of the first phase of the experimental work on the problem of interaction between the subjects of management. Highlights the theoretical foundations, from the standpoint of which was carried out the experimental verification. The results obtained on the mechanisms subject-subject interaction, its core funding, management factors are of great practical importance for the system of training and retraining of cadres.
