Abstract
On the basis of the theoretical analysis of the changes occurring in a modern social and economic and cultural life of the countries in connection with globalisation, major factors of influence on the organisation of domestic system of vocational training are allocated. Value of administrative function "organisation" in reforming of modern system of vocational training is opened.
