Abstract
Political subjectivity is regarded as the ability of an individual for conscious and responsible political participation in order to have an influence on social and political processes. Main attention is attached to research of the subjective assessment by the youth the influence of social subjects , internet environment to the features of political subjectivity, particularly, the interest in politics, political knowledge, knowledge of political interaction, willingness to participate in social and political life of the country. It is shown, that the interest in politics is acting as a mechanism, that through the formation of political competence (complex knowledge, skills and perceptions of a young man concerning areas of policy), starts the process of formation the political subjectivity of the individual. It is noted, that in unstable political society, systematic interest in politics indicates the active human attitude to the social life and that according to the subjective paradigm in psychology it is fundamental feature of modern man. The results of authorial empirical research of subjective evaluation of influence different social subjects and Internet surrounding to development the interest in politics, political knowledge, and the basic knowledge of political cooperation, желание принимать участие в общественно политической жизни страны by students. It was found that the student youth is estimated the influence of the Internet surrounding at impact of micro and meso surrounding (family, friends and teachers) but it is higher than the impact of the activities of public and political institutions, including political parties, civil society organizations and associations.
