Abstract
In this article the results of the investigation of psychogenesis of the civil position of the school youth in the context of subjective-actional approach has been shown. The invariants of the potential resources of the civil position have been determined, the process abilities and social-psychological characteristics of the formation of the civil position have been substantiated taking into consideration the personal nature of the human psychics and age peculiarities of the civil development. It is proposed to use the category “development” that holds and unites three independent processes: stating, formating, converting. Due to psychological conceptualization of structural links between some invariants we have distinguished components of the phenomenon investigated on the level of innerpersonal development, such as: social-cultural, idea-political and ethical-legal. In the whole the psychogenesis of the civil position of the school youth is considered as a whole process, that unites innerpersonal and outerpersonal plans of actualization and representation of the civil possibilities of the growing personality, where intentional civil values, feelings, ideas and inner regulators of the active-transforming system of personal relations to the society in the form of participation and complicity in everyday life.
