Abstract
In the context of the implementation of the individualization of lighting in the school educational process disclosed unexplored aspect - carried out in 1960-1980-ies contributed to this process of Ukrainian psychologists. Identified several directions, methods and results of research in the field of educational psychology, personality psychology, social psychology, relating to the individualization of learning (study of the creative potential of students, their interests and abilities, taking into account educational activity motivation, interpersonal relationships, identification and talent development and creative thinking).Analysis of the psychological and pedagogical heritage of Ukrainian scientists showed expansion of the range of their research in the direction of ensuring the implementation of the individualized needs and motives of the doctrine of schoolboys, shows the gradual formation of the soil at this time to establish a paradigm of learner-centered education.
