Abstract

This article discusses approaches to the definition of the scientists base the concept of "pedagogical conditions, their main characteristics and essence. Justified the proposed set of pedagogical conditions conducive to the effective development of professional culture of teachers of special disciplines of the construction profile. The condition of formation of positive motivation to the improvement of the professional-pedagogical activity and self-development provides an understanding of the needs, motives, interests, and goals of teachers needed to encourage this activity. Introduction in educational process of vocational educational institutions of excellence viewed from the point of introduction of innovative pedagogical and building technologies; depending on the specifics of the innovation is a separate species; determine the forms of implementation of innovative technologies. The use of subject interaction in the development of the professional culture of teachers of special subjects is a condition involving methodical system of mentoring-teaching-coaching; methodical approaches to the implementation of these subsystems, their positive aspects, requirements for the implementation of training in these areas. Special attention is paid to the training of teachers of special disciplines of the construction profile. Factors contributing to effective training of teachers; the stages and content of the conference; methodological approaches to the definition of professional and pedagogical development of teachers of special subjects in the training program.
