Abstract
The manual application disclosed the application of test technology to assess key competencies and subject of basic and high school. In specific examples illustrate the possibility of determining the level of formation kompetentostey in high school pupils in the study of certain subjects using test technologies specific to their training. Work aimed at improving the quality of training of secondary schools and institutions of management education in the field of educational assessment, testing and monitoring the quality of education. Can be used in the educational process on different qualification levels specialty 8.18010022 "Educational Measurements" in-service training for teachers, in the organization of pedagogical measurement in secondary schools.
