Abstract

The article reveals the importance of the system of recognition and confirmation of non-formal vocational training to quickly adapt to changes in the labor market, improving the competitiveness of workers. Analyzed international documents and initiatives affecting the production of a coherent European position on the recognition of non-formal education and Ukrainian laws that lay the basis for solving this problem.
