Abstract

The article makes a reception professional researchers and teachers as a conceptual problem anagogical research. It is noted that, despite the existing studies, the problem of professional researchers and teachers in andragogy not properly disclosed. Study of the components of professionalism academic staff in andragogy conceptualizes as a dialectical unity of ontological, epistemological, axiological, phraseological subsystems. Defined in the context of postgraduate education (sense, dialectical). A program of professional development of academic staff in the system of postgraduate education.
