Abstract
The core of coaching, mentoring, mentorship, tutoring is analyzed in the article and the specific features of a teacher’s work under the condition of their use are defined. Actuality of the research is envisaged through the lack of theoretical studies on the use of these methods in the practice of in-service training, especially under the conditions of hi tech works, and also the lack of familiarity of heads and teaching staff of homeland enterprises on the issues of efficient use of these methods in the in-service training. It is emphasized on the necessity of professional training of a specialist who conducts a training/consultation because the professional development of workers, under the conditions of hi tech works, can provide their learning on the job through use of ICT, modern teaching tools and methods in the result of train-of-trainers that will promote the efficient use of the resource of an enterprise as assets and/or human ones.
