Abstract

The article stipulates that the methodological basis for training teachers to use the student-developmental educational technologies requires the application of polyparadygm, as this scientific problem is multidimensional, it is difficult to reduce the same to a single mode of interpretation, and thus it requires consideration of different approaches which can complement each other. The article describes the scientific principles of training teachers for implementation of the student-developmental educational technologies, including systemic, activity-based, andragogical, acmeological, productive, technological, personally-oriented, and subjective approaches. The subject-productive approach is substantiated as the most favorable one in terms of implementing a unique experience of teacher’s self-development in his activity, creating conditions for self-actualization and reflection, development of the teacher’s ability to be an active implementer of the personally-oriented education, being aware of his responsibility for the process and outcome of teaching others.
