Abstract
The manual grounded main factors enhance the process of formation of speech of the individual with low vision children under school age, developmental (natural, object-playing, social) environment and speech-developing space; defined and described the main components namely, speech and developmental space, which should be purposeful development of speech of the individual with impaired vision; The basic conditions and means of implementing the content of language education of senior preschool children, which in particular include: speech teacher, special equipment, methods and techniques guide the development of various aspects of children in broadcasting visual deprivation. Manual is intended for teachers of preschool educational institutions that receive pre-school education, children with visual impairments and can be used in higher education in the specialty "Defectology. Tyflopedagogy "and postgraduate education of pre-school education for children with visual impairments.
