Abstract
In the article the analysis of problem of forming of readiness of professional educational establishments of students is conducted to the choice and realization of professional career in pedagogical practice. Certainly, that forming of readiness of of students to realization of professional career, that is the important factor of infl uence on development of competitiveness, professional competence, assists forming in organization of stable shots of workers, provides the increase of effi ciency of the use of labour and educational potential. The basic results of research are expounded from the exposure of quarry expectations and quarry aims of graduating students, evaluation of future prospects of development of own professional career and understanding of facilities of her realization. Lighted up certain diffi culties with that students meet during studies and their infl uence on forming of unpromising quarry expectations. Terms that must be created for forming of readiness students to successful realization of professional career are analysed, in particular: providing of intercommunication the richly-judicial constituent of professional preparation with the personality forming of readiness to realization of professional career, forming in necessities of students and interests in professional activity with the realized position of perspective, development of communicative competenses of future specialist and knowledge from bases of lining up the system of interpersonality relations in a productive, professional environment, advising in relation to realization of career.
