Abstract

The modern world is dialogic in nature. Either way, humanity is constantly in large information and communication field. Modern information technology life necessitates active and targeted promotion of information often generates information pressure, aggression, and so on. These and other points on the necessity of this kind of contact information as a debate. The article summarizes the practical experience of implementing technology into the national debate educational practice. Skills learned during the debate, an important component of personal growth and a serious foundation for professional and business careers, contribute to a positive assertion of social status and interpersonal communications. Debate - considered as an effective tool for self-development. It determines and explains the popularity and necessity of the emergence of the debate as a kind of intellectual competition, the introduction of a variety of classes in programs of educational institutions.
