Abstract
Dissertation is devoted to the social and psychological analysis of the peculiarities of economic socialization of the future specialists in the social sphere. The specific features of the economic socialization of the students’ youth are defined. The main components and the factors are determined. The demands and the results at the concrete age stage (personality economic socialization) that are revealed at the definite meaningful content of socio-psychological peculiarities component of the future specialist professional competence are characterized; the interrelations of personality economic socialization with the future specialist professional competence are found. The peculiarities of the structural components of the economic socialization of the future specialists in the social sphere and individual psychological characteristics of the personality are empirically formulated. The types of economic socialization of future specialists in social sphere are defined. Based on the results of the research the program of socially-psychological providing of developing on economic socialization of the future specialists in the social sphere aimed at rising level of entrepreneurship as the necessary professional quality in the modern social and economic conditions in our society has been worked out.
