Abstract

Analyzed the main forms of intellectual property protection without recourse to public authorities, to restrict access to copyright works, limited functionality; the use of digital signatures, use a digital brands, remove information and so on. Grounded self-defense of intellectual property: the refusal to perform certain actions envisaged concluded agreement on the transfer of intellectual property rights; refusal to fulfill the contract invalid.
