Abstract

The article is dedicated to improving the quality of information and analytical of pedagogical staff through the prism of the legal competence to issue administrative legal responsibility in the field of copyright and related rights. We consider the sources of administrative law in terms of copyright and related rights. The article deals with legal structure of administrative offenses. The article describes definition of administrative responsibility in the field of copyright and related rights. Article considered by signs of administrative responsibility in the field of copyright and related rights of pedagogical workers professional and technical vocational schools.
