Abstract

This article presents a comprehensive akmeological system assessment, correction, modeling and development of professional business acme of professional activity as a conscious movement to teacher professional standard. Akmeohramu developed as a means to stimulate and permanent monitoring of the pedagogical skills of teaching staff that ensures the integrity of the competitive process of preparing the educational market experts. In akmeohrami identified and described criteria and indicators reflecting structural and functional components of the contents of the development of pedagogical skills in post-graduate education and what can objectively observe akmedynamiku in professional activity, individual personality and motivational reflective spheres.
