Abstract

Established that the transformation processes in the economy, socio-economic changes in society necessitates the use of more flexible mechanisms of human capital in times of economic instability, which increases the need for prompt response to the challenges of the labor market. It was found that the stability of the labor market demand for specialists in economics refers only to highly skilled professionals of the business. Synthesis research of local scientists, own empirical research proved undeveloped preparedness of junior specialists in economics to market realities tetanus. Analysis of current economic activities such professions as accountant, economist, manager proved their relationship by integrating and because of the management component, confirming the need for focusing on managerial competence of specialists in economics. Proved that adaptation junior specialists in economics in their future profession formation of knowledge and skills regarding self doing business students and students help mal methods of practical training, including the use of methods specific situations, the method of "brainstorming", business games, brain-rings etc. Proved that the formation of the preparedness of junior specialists in economics to the realities of the labor market is one of the performance criteria of the institution, for the establishment of a quality educational product strengthens its position in the labor market and educational services.
