Abstract
This article continues the series of publications of the author, devoted to the development of technology scientific and methodological support professional development teaching staff at post-graduate education. Done explication of the basic concepts of «pedagogical profesiohenez», «adult learning technology», «acmeological technology», «akmeohrama». Acmeological studied technology of continuous professional development of teachers throughout mizhkursovoho period, aimed at providing personal and professional skills as a subject specialist vocational and educational activities, the development of its internal capacity, adaptive capacity, the search for effective ways professional development individual educational trajectory fulfillment at professional and personal acme. Acmeological technology in adult education grounded as a factor improving the quality and efficiency of post-graduate education, increase in demand for educational services, changing motivational readiness and ability of teaching staff to lifelong learning. Among the educational technologies acmeological professional development considered acmeological design acmeological analysis, acmeological examination, akmetektonichnyy analysis, acmeological modeling, drafting akmeohramu, trainings acmeological. Akmeohramu defined as a means to stimulate and permanent monitoring acme speakers pedagogical skill that enables the formation of specialist information society as the subject of his own self to the highest level of professional achievement. The comparative analysis akmeohramy professiogram and the professional development of teachers. The variant akmeohramu, including analysis of types of professional and educational activities, its purpose, motive, means, structure, functions, algorithms, operations and transactions acmeological description invariants of subjective characteristics of professional and educational activities in its qualities.
