Abstract

The chapter of methodical recommendations characterizes informational and analytical competence of the VEE directors as a component of their managerial activity which envisages purposeful search, collection, experts’ assessment, analysis and processing of various information dealing with life and functioning of VEE and their productive use for the solution of managerial tasks in the conditions of uncertainty (incomplete information) as an actor of management in the VE system. This activity requires scientific approach for the monitoring of the vocational education system development: search, collection and analysis of information including documents; processing of information and other information concerning life of the VEE educators; experts’ assessment of the information obtained; preparation of documents for public communication and interpersonal interaction with various actors – educators, students, higher instances; communicational and informational support of the councils, seminars and other public activities.
