Abstract
The article deals with traditional and innovative forms of professional and pedagogical skills of teachers of Ukrainian language and literature at postgraduate educational space. Describe the scientific and methodological activities pislyakursovoho period, non-standard forms of methodical work, defining the content and form of targeted assistance within the cycle methodical commission (association) teachers of Ukrainian language and literature. Attention is paid to the workshop as an effective form of scientific and methodological activities on the synthesis and dissemination of best teaching experience perspective.
