Abstract
In methodical recommendations reveals organizational and methodological bases of activity of psychological services of the education system. Particular attention is paid to the peculiarities of the organization of activity of psychological service specialists in educational institutions of different types. In drawing up the guidelines used in legal documents regulating the activities of employees of psychological services, as well as teaching materials from the experience of the individual units of the psychological service education system of Ukraine. Recommendations have been developed pursuant to the Plan of measures for the development of psychological services (Order of MES from 06.08.2013 g .. №1106) for the heads of local education authorities, school leaders, teachers, parents, as well as in the framework of the research-"Science and organizational methods bases of perfection of activity of psychological service, psychological, medical and educational guidance of the education system".
