Abstract

The study of domestic and international management experience points to the need for conceptual change even the very foundations of the educational system, the paradigm of management. To determine innovative ways of education is extremely important answer to the question whether education is only a reflection, a consequence of socio-economic and political life, or the source of driving force leading factor in his change; when and under what conditions the formation is determined by external circumstances, and when it is itself a source of change in society.
