Abstract
The article explains the concept “Informational and Analytical Activity of the Pedagogical Workers”. It clarifies the contents and peculiarities of this activity, defines the factors making informational and analytical function of the professional pedagogical activity of the professional technical educational establishments topical. Informational and analytical activity is the component of the pedagogical workers’ professional pedagogical activity aimed at perfection of the management and pedagogy decision making process through the evaluation of the quality and contents of information and development of different options of influence at the management object by its means. It includes, primarily, generalization of the information obtained, its evaluation, analytical processing of the raw informational materials, and handing in the final products to the consumers – first of all, to the students, the would-be qualified workers. The article characterizes universal stages of the informational and analytical activity of the pedagogical workers in the system of the professional technical education.
