Abstract

In article the structure of formation of the creative person of the teacher of vocational training school and problem of his creative thinking. Dependence of en-couragement and development of scientific potential of the teacher on acquisition of bases of pedagogical technique is shown by it. Importance of a combination and use of pedagogical technique with the purpose of creation of preconditions for scientific search, as arts is considered.
