Abstract

Now, perhaps, no longer find knowledgeable individual who would disagree with the fact that at the average IQ of the countries are different. The use of the same indicator points to sex differences in the development of intelligence. Not particularly care about the validity of the average IQ the researchers look for the causes of individual differences in intelligence, using empirical data and attribute inheritance and educational factors of different weights. However, used in this interpretation is very conditional.
