Abstract

In this article the complex of interconnected pedagogical conditions which impact to more effective preparation of students to professional pedagogical collaboration is analyzed. In this context we analyze in details the possibility if creation of advantageous moral and psychological environment in higher educational institution, the approval of basic principles of student’s prepararion to professional collaboration, the optimal usage of interactive forms and methods of education, involving the members of educational and teaching process to collaboration at all stages of professional preparation of students. The appropriate conclusions are made in the end of this work.
