Abstract

In the publication described the concept of "information and communication the competence." Analyzed complex of competencies, which should have a modern teacher for the development students' skills in the effective operation of modern information and communication environment, training them in creative interaction with media. Described practical experience of Ukraine in the formation of information and communication competence of teachers of to the use of multimedia technology in teaching and educational process of primary school.
