Abstract

Cardinal changes of социокультурной structure, crisis phenomena, are in economic, political and spiritually by ethics spheres of modern society changes were initiator in consciousness, world view, valued orientations, motivation and conduct of people. Studies, education, self-education, socialization is the unique process, which develops personality of student's young people, adapts it to the changes and realities of modern life, and becomes most effective on conditions that the ideas of freedom of choice, personality dignity, tolerance and mutual responsibility are stopped up in ideology of this process. In a educational work process acquire actuality of problem of choice and realization of professional career of student's young people. Planning of professional career of student's young people, as system of realization of preparation of it to conscious professional self-realization through their professional self-determination, directed on individual саморазвитие of every subject of учебно-воспитательного process, increases of his creative potential. Utillizing effective pedagogical technologies, innovative education assists development and development of future young specialists; it helps them in professional self-determination, and in future, to the choice and planning of professional career, work of qualities of competitiveness, to professional and social mobility and explains to permanent self-perfection. Taking into account these problems modern innovative pedagogical technologies which can be effectively utillized in the process of choice and realization of professional career of student's young people are considered in the article. The author orientation developing program «Steps by to profession», which is directed for help to activate the processes of personality, vital and professional self-determination student's young people and form conscious attitude toward the professional future in the modern terms of labour-market, is presented. Generalized and the results of introduction of Program are considered in the subject development process of PTNZ and ZONZ.
