Abstract

The expediency of coaching approach usage for the realization of control functions by the heads of departments of communications sales service is justified in the article. Structural elements of professional competency for the purpose of coaching approach usage are presented. The model of professional development which ensures acquirement of coaching knowledge and skills and usage of coaching instruments in the work context is justified.
