Abstract
In theses notes that the factors of the aesthetic experience of teachers of higher educational institutions promote quality beauty pedagogical actions that promote continuous professional growth of both students and teachers of most of these institutions, and awareness of the cause itself not only as specialists in certain subjects that should teach students a particular discipline and be able to form their spiritual state, to develop high feeling. The attention of teachers, which is important in aesthetic training and education is not only humanities disciplines, but other subjects. It seems logical that the main attention should be focused on training a new generation of teaching staff, improving their general culture, professional qualifications and social status to a level appropriate to their role in society.
