Abstract

In the article are shown the content of the psychological training of managers of educational institutions to work in terms of changes with regard to their specific characteristics (presence of solid professional knowledge, more or less comfortable on the stage of preliminary training, managerial experience, which may not coincide with the proposed theoretical knowledge, a high level of anxiety, complex «threat credibility», signs of «emotional burnout» in a fairly large part of managers, system of meanings, values, evaluation criteria, which often differs certain inertia, limited ability to change, etc.) The possibility of psychological training of managers of educational institutions to work in terms of changes based on humanistic values approach, which involves the construction of psychological training’ content based on partnership, joint venture; awareness and consideration in the preparation of value attitude of students towards reality, other individual psychological characteristics and indicators of personal development; creating conditions for self (self-knowledge, self-awareness, self-regulation, self-improvement, etc.) development of psychological readiness for the relevant activities. The social and psychological means introducing humanistic value approach in terms of postgraduate education, based on J. Н. Duckitt’s а dual-process motivational model of ideology, politics, and prejudice are highlights.
