Abstract

In the context of individualization of educational-educator process first on the basis of the archived sources payment is exposed in 1944-1948 the Research institute of дефектології of Department of education of UKRAINE in development of schools for children with the special necessities. Subjects and scientific products of employees (methodical recommendations, on-line tutorials, textbooks) are reflected, their influence on deepening of the differentiated going near diagnosticating and education of children flawy психофізичного development. Taking into account the політико-ідеологічних features of historical time the positive signs of activity of establishment (study of work of the special schools and methodical help to their teachers) and defects (absence of experimentally-scientific researches) are considered. The use of unknown earlier facts gave an opportunity to enter in scientific turnover the specified information about functioning of Institute.
