Abstract
The article deals with results of the empirical study the organizational and professional features of self-efficacy of managers of educational organizations. Found self-efficacy of heads of educational organizations. Found insufficient level of self-efficacy for most managers. Found that social self-efficacy of female managers is higher than men. The features of self-efficacy heads of educational organizations according on the length of service, type of school and orientation to a certain type of organizational culture are shown. As a result of analysis of variance stated that with increasing length of managers’ service their self-efficacy is less, especially in the male. Found that self-efficacy of managers of a new type of educational institutions is higher than self-efficacy of heads of traditional educational institutions. Found preferred orientation of leaders of educational institutions on conservative types of organizational culture, especially heads of traditional educational institutions. It is shown that the number of managers, oriented on conservative types of organizational culture in the future, increases. The features of self-efficacy heads of educational organizations according on orientation to a certain type of organizational culture are shown. The higher levels of self-efficacy are in the managers educational organizations that oriented on progressive type of organizational culture, especially in male. Considered advisability promote the development of managers' self-efficacy in conditions of postgraduate pedagogical education.
