Abstract

This study identifies the internal and external factors that influence the process of role acceptance within a team. Internal factors include expectations regarding one's own role, expectations of other members, and behavioral patterns that ensure role fulfillment. External factors encompass the team climate, interaction among members, and relationships with coaches and management. These factors are interconnected: internal motivations are reinforced by a positive external environment, thereby facilitating effective role acceptance. Considering these factors will help accelerate and improve the process of individual role acceptance in a team, leading to an increase in overall team efficiency, which, in turn, will positively impact the performance of the entire organization.
